Top 10 Reasons Why Top 10 Lists Suck

1. They’re everywhere. Like bad drivers. Like weeds. Like Wal-Mart.
2. They’re redundant. You see the same “best free software” lists on 15 different sites
3 . They’re redundant. There are at least two points on every list that are basically the same
4. They waste your time. Sometimes you just can’t NOT click on them. You have to see all the “best free software” lists just in case it might have one you haven’t already heard about
5. They’re useless. Half the time the Top 10 is really just a Top 5 with filler.
6. Filler, filler, filler.
7. They’re annoying.
8. They’re innacurate. What are they based on? Facts? Ha!
9. They’re cop-outs. Why not just write a real post/article? Lists are for dummies that can’t come up with real content.
10. David Letterman does it better.
